Orders
If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If the problem persists, please contact us with your name and order date so that we can assist you promptly.
If you encounter difficulties when paying for or confirming your order, we recommend that you:
- Check your payment details.
- Try using a different browser or device.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- If your order exceeds 30 kg, you will not be able to confirm it. In this case, you must empty your basket and place your order in two separate transactions.

Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Depending on the carrier (FedEx, Delivengo or Colissimo), you will be able to track your parcel in real time using the tracking number.
If you notice a delay or a delivery issue, start by checking the tracking information for your parcel in your customer account. If the problem persists, contact our team at shop@unesco.org, specifying your order number.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Yes, all transactions made on our online shop are protected by SSL encryption protocol to ensure the security of your personal and banking details.
When confirming your basket, you will find a field where you can enter your promotional code. Enter it and click on ‘Apply’ to benefit from the discount.
To receive an invoice, please contact our team at shop@unesco.org, specifying your order number. Our team will send it to you by email.
No. As an international organisation, UNESCO sells all its products tax-free (excluding VAT).
Returns and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied or if your order contains an error, please contact our team at shop@unesco.org explaining the situation and attaching, if possible, a photo of the product received.
Refunds are possible under certain conditions. Please contact us at shop@unesco.org with details of your case so that we can find the best solution.
For my account
To create a customer account, click on the ‘My Account’ icon at the top of the website and select ‘Create an Account’. Fill in your details and confirm. You will then be able to track your orders and manage your personal information.
Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password.
Log in to your customer account, then go to the ‘My personal information’ section. You can update your address, password or preferences.
