- Waist: Measure around your natural waist, where your body bends slightly when you lean to one side.
- Hip measurement: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.
- Arm length: Hold your arm at your side and measure from shoulder to wrist.
- Leg length: Stand with feet together and measure from groin to ankle.
