Treatment delays

We value your order and we are committed to preparing it with the greatest care. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. To respect the environment, our packaging is recycled.

Shipping methods with Colissimo

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we have chosen Colissimo for all our shipments. You can choose from several delivery options tailored to your needs:

  • Colissimo Standard: For delivery in mainland France, the time is generally 48 hours (2 working days).
  • Colissimo Outre-Mer: For shipments to the French Overseas Territories, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Colissimo International: For orders destined abroad, delivery times vary depending on the country of destination and can take between 2 to 10 working days. 

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and your location. Costs will be clearly indicated at the time of payment.

Due to the legislation of each country, please consider that additional transport costs and custom fees may be charged for the delivery of your package.

All our packages are shipped from France. Below are the different delivery areas and countries.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Colissimo tracking number. This number will allow you to track the status of your delivery directly on the Colissimo website.

 

Returns

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning any unused item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return procedure

To start the returns process, please contact us via our online contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including the address to send your package via Colissimo.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable and, unless we are mistaken, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
