Treatment delays
We value your order and we are committed to preparing it with the greatest care. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. To respect the environment, our packaging is recycled.
Shipping methods
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we have chosen FedEx and Colissimo for our shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The costs will be clearly indicated when you finalise your order.
Due to the legislation of each country, please note that additional transport costs and customs duties may be charged upon delivery of your parcel.
All our orders are shipped from France.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier website.
Returns
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning any unused item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return procedure
To start the returns process, please contact us via our online contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including the address to send your package via Colissimo.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable and, unless we are mistaken, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
