Lumbini, birthplace of Buddha

Lumbini, Birthplace of Buddha is a landmark art book published in collaboration with UNESCO and the Oriental Cultural Heritage Sites Protection Alliance. Dedicated to one of the world's most sacred spiritual sites, it offers a unique visual interpretation of Lumbini, a UNESCO World Heritage site and major Buddhist pilgrimage center. Set in Nepal's Terai plains, Lumbini is universally recognized as the birthplace of Gautama Buddha and has attracted pilgrims since the 3rd century BCE. 
Through more than 200 photographs by eight international and Nepali photographers, the book captures the Sacred Garden's timeless atmosphere across seven themes, including heritage, beliefs, people, and nature. The texts are presented in four languages—English, Chinese, French, and Nepali—making this richly illustrated volume accessible to a global audience.
